Jonathan has lived in southwestern Vermont since 2016 with his wife, Kate, and their daughters. He is bringing more than a decade of community and economic development experience to his campaign, and focusing on three issues in the District:

• economic opportunities for residents

• public resources for rural towns

• development resources for businesses

​

Jonathan is running to ensure that the state's legislative priorities work for the rural communities that are home to two thirds of the state's population. Ensuring a bright future for the towns of the First District will mean ensuring a bright future for the children growing up here today, and the children that will grow up here in the years to come.

 

In addition to his work managing the Community & Economic Development program at the BCRC, Jonathan is the proud Board Chair of Sunrise Family Resource Center.
